Laguna Park 1 is located just 700 meters from the famous Beaches of Las Americas and Costa Adeje and 16,80 km from Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia Airport.

The buffet restaurant offers a variety of international food. In addition, there is a poolside bar and a solarium with sun loungers and parasols.
